Q. How long will it take to have my piece made and shipped?
A. All custom products have varying manufacturing times. Please check on each item description to see the production time or send us an email to ask about current lead time.


Q. What shipping carrier do you use?
A. We use FedEx Ground service, and we use various freight vendors for larger pieces.


Q. Why do your custom products take so long to produce?
A. As our custom products are made to order each have a number of processes to go through to reach completion. All pieces are hand created.


Q. Do you have a return and or exchange policy?
A. No, we don’t. All pieces are hand-made to order and in the majority of the cases the pieces are custom made.


Q. Do you offer cancellations?
A. We gladly accept cancellations within 24hrs of the order being placed.


Q. What type of payments you take?
A. We accept all major credit cards and also PayPal.


Q. What’s your privacy policy?
A. We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order and for legal reasons (like paying taxes).
